It is the better practice to file your justice suit (civil case) in person. You should be prepared to pay the filing fees at the time of filing. The court accepts the following:

Cash

Cashier's Check, payable to the Justice of the Peace

Money Order, payable to the Justice of the Peace

Credit Card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
